DJ Hero to Support Guitar

It has been confirmed by the creators of DJ Hero that the game will take advantage of the guitars and make them available in select songs in the game. Whether this means it will be a few small parts in a limited number of songs, or a majority of the songs being compatible and ready to go with the guitar instead.

There is some bad news though. Guitar Hero 5 which launches a few weeks before is not going to support the DJ Hero controller. They claimed that these discussions have been going on for years, yet they weren’t able to make the game support the controller. A bit messed up if you ask me.

They have said they are looking to make it compatible in future versions and that they look forward to the relationship that will be shared in this ‘Hero’ franchise. It’s back on you Rock Band. Give us something new to top this.
